Long term parkers are people with CHOP, HUP, Penn, VA ID's or other evidence that they have a long term relationship in the area. The $125 rate applies of short term or rotational students, construction workers, people taking short courses etc. Monthly customers will be guaranteed a parking space, and most favorable rates.
