Monthly Rate: Long Term Parker Rate is only $109. The regular monthly parking rate is now $125. The advertised rate, now $109, is for long term parkers who intend to park for a year of more. Long term parkers are people with CHOP, HUP, Penn, VA ID's or other evidence that they have a long term relationship in the area. The $125 rate applies of short term or rotational students, construction workers, people taking short courses etc. Monthly customers will be guaranteed a parking space, and most favorable rates.
